Nothing crazy, but the results are from clean eating and the 10 minute arm workout that I’ve posted about a few times! It works, stick with it! It may not feel like much when you’re done the workout but that’s because it’s for slimming, not bulking. I don’t want muscle beach arms, I want slim arms and this workout is helping me achieve that! :)
